Neve Campbell has revealed that she was attacked by a bear before on a movie set.
Campbell, who was 17 at the time of the bear attack, recalled the story when he appeared on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” Thursday.
“I was playing that role where she’s at one with the animals, and there was a scene where I got chased by a bear,” Campbell, now 48, told Kelly Clarkson. “They brought this bear to the set, and they first gave me this big bottle of Coke to feed him.”
After feeding the bear, the crew came up with another idea for Campbell and the animal.

“They said to dip your hand in honey and run,” she recalls. “And when you get to the tree over there, reach out your hand and feed the bear.”
“I dipped my hand in honey and ran over to that rock and turned around, and stretched out my hand, and the bear doesn’t slow down, and it doesn’t come and get my hand. “
Instead of eating the honey from her hand, Campbell claimed the bear grabbed her by the leg.

“He grabs me by the leg and he pulls me through the forest,” the actress said. “My mom was visiting the set and she’s screaming. The whole crew is frozen because no one can believe what’s going on. All I can say is, ‘He’s biting me’, like this was not obvious. “
Campbell revealed that she was rescued from the bear once a fighter started throwing stones at the animal.

After Campbell finished his story, Clarkson commented on the “crazy things” that happen to actors.
“It’s so silly, but we’re being asked to do silly things,” Campbell concluded.
